The room was well presented and brand-new with toiletries, the bathroom and the shower were top-notch, and the location was central, close to tourist spots.

It has updated warm rooms, that come with the best shower, modern bathroom. The best thing is location - next to restaurants, Cow Hollow and Marina and Marina.

The room was newly remodelled and offered central heating, television and a writing desk. The facilities were good and the beds were very comfy. Had a nice stay on a business trip and would come here again.

Free parking! Location very close to the Marina district, within walking distance to many good restaurants for any meal of the day and any budget. It was clean and comfortable, a nice hideout for a nap after a long day of sightseeing. No bed bugs! No bad smells! The price was decent for the location and free parking.

With the window open, you could kind of hear a rather jovial and boisterous crowd that seemed to gather outside a local bar/restaurant nearby, which probably went on until late in the night. It didn't bother us as we were pretty tired and got in fairly late ourselves, and kept the window closed at night. You probably can't hear this noise from every room in the hotel though.

The room was recently renovated and modern with the best shower. the location was decent and nice, close to a lot of food places and the waterfront.

The premium queen room I had was brand-new. The bathroom was comfortable and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and fresh towels for my convenience...

The location is fantastic, right in the Marina District which is full of restaurants, cafes, and bars. the rooms are updated, a good size, and come with a modern bathroom. - It was nice to have extras like coffee, a TV, and a safe in the room.

The location could not be better. The Marina District has easy access to public transportation that can get you to any part of the city. It is much quieter than downtown hotels. Proximity to Fisherman's Wharf, The Presidio, The Golden Gate Bridge and other tourist destinations make The Greenwich Inn a perfect starting point your San Francisco adventures. There are also many fine restaurants and an upscale shopping are within a couple of blocks of the hotel. The free parking is a definite plus.

The Greenwich Inn is in desperate need of a remodel and upgrade. The rooms are dingy and worn and our room had no air conditioning. The amenities are very basic: refrigerator, microwave coffee maker and iron. Do not expect any extras here, just a very basic room to sleep for the night.

The place is clean and the staff is excellent and friendly, we enjoyed our stay in the premium room which had coffee, a TV, and a safe.
